And because New Yorkers will grab  any opportunity to dress up, yesterday&#8217;s sixth annual all-day <a href=\"..\/\">Zombiecon<\/a> was a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brooklynvegan.com\/archives\/2010\/10\/zombies_roamed.html\">cornucopia<\/a> of fake blood, disembodied brains, and paler-than-normal skin.
